Construction and completion 2018 and early 2019.

Bay View Apartments (Heart of Bankers Hill directly across street from Foley Financial Center  in San Diego, CA) New construction with ground breaking around December 2018 that will include 43 functional units including live work apartments and larger penthouse suites with views of San Diego bay.

Avanti Apartments in art zone of Northpark, Ca. Ground up development of 19 contemporary  apartment homes on Ray Street. Construction to begin spring of 2018 with completion year end 2018.

SYDNEY PLACE CUSTOM HOME AND UNITS . A ground up custom home with units in Kensington Area of San Diego, CA. Construction and completion early summer of 2018.

FOLEY PLAZA at Bankers Hill.  A ground up Block of Mixed Use development downtown San Diego that will include 5000 sq.ft. of commercial including 3 restaurants.  In addition 30 new luxury apartments and parking built above commercial on 5th Ave (main artery out of downtown).  Construction to commence early 2018 with completion scheduled for January 2019.

COLORADO SPRINGS LAND AND CATTLE DEVELOPMENT.  A complete master planned community in Colorado Springs, Colorado that includes a water company, treatment plant and 2000 new entry level homes on approximately 700 acres.

HAWTHORN Apartments .  43 brand new apartments on hawthorn street in the heart of bankers hill.  this property will eventually be attached to the two new office buildings on third avenue currently under construction.
