Current Projects.


Daily Transcript Project to be renamed to FOLEY CENTER BANKERS HILL.  (Heart of Bankers Hill in San Diego, CA) purchased in 2017. A complete rehab down to the studs on a 22,000SF, four story office building. Project completed in 2021.


Bay View Apartments.  New construction with groundbreaking around December 2025 that will include 57 luxury apartments units including live work apartments and larger penthouse suites with incredible views of the San Diego Bay. This Property will be located directly across the street from the FOLEY CENTER which includes two separate luxury apartment buildings and newly built medical office building occupied by UCSD.


Asano North Park Apartments – in the heart of San Diego’s art district.  Ground up development of 19 contemporary apartment homes on Ray Street. Construction began Spring 2018 with completion ending 2021.


SYDNEY PLACE CUSTOM HOME AND UNITS. A ground up custom home with units in Kensington Area of San Diego, CA. Construction and completion early summer of 2020. This project includes a relocated “Historic” home from another development from the other side of the city.

FOLEY PLAZA at Bankers Hill.  A ground up Block of Mixed-Use development downtown San Diego that will include 10,000 sf. of commercial including 3 restaurants and 60 luxury apartment units above commercial on 5th Ave (main artery out of downtown).  Construction to commence early 2024 with completion scheduled for January 2026.


COLORADO SPRINGS/MAYBERRY COMMUNITIES and ELLICOTT UTILITY COMPANY – A complete master planned community in Colorado Springs, Colorado that includes a water company and full water treatment plant (Ellicott Utility Company) owned and operated by Mayberry Communities.  Approximately 3000 new homes on approximately 1600 acres.  Also built was a new 10,000 SF factory for modular home building.


FOLEY CENTER/Asano on Fourth Apartments – 57 brand new luxury apartments on Fourth and Hawthorn Street in the heart of Bankers Hill.  This property is attached to the 26,000sf new office building recently leased to UCSD Medical Office. Property to include the latest mechanical parking for all units and incredible bay and city views. 


Asano on Ivy Apartments – New 23,000 square-foot four story luxury building that will be eventually part of the FOLEY CENTER.  Construction is slated to start mid-summer and will supply three parking per thousand. Project completion August 2024.
